We appreciate the stories and strengths in the community, identify connectors and networks in the community, and encourage relationship building between locals. migrants, businesses and organisations.

Through identifying skills, character attributes and affirming talents, we provide opportunities for community members to develop their strengths and contribute towards serving others in need.

We believe that migrant workers should have a part to play in the helping process, and be involved in co-solutioning on issues and challenges that affect them.
Injured workers Support Group
We provide a safe space for injured migrant workers to share struggles with their ongoing cases, find mutual support from other injured workers and learn from the success stories of others.
Through facilitated discussions, we injured workers bond over their common experience of injury, discover renewed hope and engender relationships of mutual aid.
Peer-learning
We promote mutual learning in our community.
We invite migrants with past experiences and challenges to share their stories of success and struggle. This enable the story teller discover his story of empowerment and enriches the lives of listeners.
Self-Help
We recognize members are experts of their own lives and possess the creativity and resilience to overcome challenges.
Facilitators engage migrants in dialogue to understand migrants’ struggles from their perspectives and work through them through a process of reflection and action.
Supporting Interest Groups, Promoting Inclusion
We partner with migrant interest groups to support their talents and aspirations while exploring opportunities for them to contribute to the community to build goodwill and understanding.
